USER AGREEMENT

  1. General Provisions
    1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Calculate TD LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") in connection with the use of the website www.calculate-linux.org (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
    1.2. The use of the Website constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
    1.3. In the event of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User shall immediately cease using the Website.
    1. Subject of the Agreement
      2.1. The Operator grants the User access to information, materials, and services available on the Website.
      2.2. The Website is of an informational nature and shall not constitute a public offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
    2. Rights and Obligations of the User
      3.1. The User undertakes to use the Website solely for lawful purposes, to refrain from any actions that may disrupt the functionality of the Website, and to refrain from using the Website for the dissemination of unlawful information.
      3.2. The User shall be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
    3. Intellectual Property
      4.1. All materials published on the Website, including but not limited to texts, images, photographs, graphic elements, and design, constitute intellectual property and are protected under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
      4.2. The use of such materials shall be permitted exclusively with the prior written consent of the rights holder.
    4. Prohibition on the Use of Website Materials
      5.1. Without the prior written consent of the rights holder, the User is prohibited from: copying and distributing Website materials, using images and photographs, reproducing design elements, and using content for commercial purposes.
    5. Limitation of Liability
      6.1. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website.
      6.2. The Operator shall not be held liable for any potential failures or interruptions in the operation of the Website, actions of third parties, or the content of external resources to which links are posted on the Website.
    6. Personal Data
      7.1. The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the separate documents of the Website: the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
    7. Amendment of the Agreement
      8.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.
      8.2. The revised version shall take effect upon its publication on the Website.
    8. Final Provisions
      9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
      9.2. All disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
