how i can install this

Kiwix is masked. You can unmask the package yourself, or use utilities Portage.

1. Create a file with any name in the directory /etc/portage/package.keywords/ with the following contents:

#required by app-text/kiwix-0.9_beta2, required by kiwix (argument)
>=net-misc/aria2-1.12.1 ~x86
#required by app-text/kiwix-0.9_beta2, required by kiwix (argument)
>=net-libs/libmicrohttpd-0.9.12 ~x86
#required by kiwix (argument)
>=app-text/kiwix-0.9_beta2 ~x86

2. Make sure that the /etc/portage/package.keywords/ directory there is at least one file. If not, create. For example:

touch /etc/portage/package.keywords/my

Then let the package manager to unmask the packages:

emerge --autounmask=y --autounmask-write kiwix

Update settings:

dispatch-conf

Press “u” to make changes.

I also failed to compile. Write to the Gentoo maintainer bugs.gentoo.org and they will correct the error. Or wait until the release of the package.
