Problem with e-mail clients (delay e-mail messages)

Hello!
Help please.We have e-mail hosting Yandex, Gmail.
We use e-mail clients Mozilla Thunderbird v38.6.0, MS Outlook 2007/2013, The Bat v6.7.7.0. Settings e-mail clients throw IMAP.
All e-mail clients have dalay with e-mail messages. Before I think it’s so depends configuration e-mail clients, but all e-mail clients have delay e-mail message. But all e-mail messages throw web-interface delivery immediately. May be I need look for some problem with the proxy configuration?

I use last stage, thunderbird 38.5.0, gmail/yandex whithout proxy and delivery is immediately
