USE flags
- cc-wrappers - Install and manage 'cc' and 'f77' wrappers in /usr/bin. Otherwise ignore them.
- native-symlinks - Install native symlinks like 'gcc' or 'g++' to /usr/bin. Otherwise keep only ${CTARGET}-gcc and friends.
