1.6 Mirror structure

A typical mirror of Calculate Linux looks somewhat like that:

https://mirror.calculate-linux.org/release/17.6

where mirror.calculate-linux.org is the address of the server, CLD is the selected flavor, 17.6 is the version.

The file structure for the 64-bit Calculate Linux Desktop 17.6 KDE would look as follows:

cld-17.6-x86_64.iso
cld-17.6-x86_64.iso.torrent
cld-17.6-x86_64.list
md5sum.txt
sha1sum.txt
README.txt

where
  • cld-17.6-x86_64.iso is the bootable LiveDVD image, that can be used for installation;
  • cld-17.6-x86_64.iso.torrent is the BitTorrent file. It is recommended for quick download;
  • cld-17.6-x86_64.list lists all packages of the distribution;
  • md5sum.txt, sha1sum.txt is the packages checksum

Note:
For 32-bit architectures the package names will be marked as i686 instead of x86_64.

Thank you!
