hello
I am new to calculate and gentoo!
I have a "Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller (rev 01)" wireless lan and tried
"emerge -av net-wireless/broadcom-sta" and I think it is not properly installed.
So, how can i install it?
also i have a nonrelevant question, did i need to compile famous software in calculate or i can install them directly from repos?

That's right. With this command you re-install.
With the utility eix, you can search for a program in portage and overlay Calculate, which by default is connected. There are many additional overlays, with which you can install additional software. You can use this website to search all overlays.

"That's right. With this command you re-install."
is just "emerge -av net-wireless/broadcom-sta" is sufficient for installing my wireless lan or any more command is needed?

This is a package with the driver. I unfortunately do not have this card, I can not check.

Please read this this topic

On my bcm4312 this work.

I propose you to rebuild the kernel without b43 and bcma modules.
