I have XFCE. I want to install Qt applications that depend on KDE libraries (like Okular, kfind, k3b, etc). But do not download the portage of CL else Gentoo.
How could download the overlay of CL?

Use eix to find the applications you want to install and then use emerge as root to intall those available along their dependencies, if no unresolvable conflicts are found.
if that is the case, you may want to consider installing cldk, instead or also.
